fix(financing): 双Y轴图表零点对齐并修正刻度浮点漂移

- 票据融资/M1 vs 10年国债: 右轴下限按左轴范围反推, 开启 alignTicks, 两轴零线与刻度对齐

- 右轴标签格式化, 消除 -0.003 等浮点漂移
